PURPOSE: A method for investigating questions on a communication is provided to enable a user to obtain a result of a question investigation at low cost without one's question investigating system by performing a question investigation and providing a result of the question investigation and a statistical value thereof to a question investigation client on a communication. CONSTITUTION: A question investigation client connects to a question investigation agency computer through an information communication network and registers questions(S20). The question investigation agency computer creates questions registered by the question investigation client and creates a database for storing a form and contents of questions and a responded result systematically(S90). If a respondent connects to the computer of the question investigation client, the computer of the question investigation client links the terminal of the respondent to the question investigation agency computer(S100). The question investigation agency computer suggests the question to the linked respondent and stores a response of the question in the database. The question investigation agency computer arranges the response of the question as a statistical value and transmits the statistical value to the computer of the question investigation client(S110).
