PURPOSE: A method for a remote learning using an Internet auction and a device thereof are provided to intermediate a learner and a lecturer to participate in a remote education commercial transaction by connecting the learner to the lecturer in accordance with a proper condition thereto and introducing an auction method to a remote educating sever. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a remote educating site as a learner or a lecturer(101). A total auction progressing condition plate is displayed(102), and a transaction available person is searched using a category or a remote education search engine(103). A transaction available person list in accordance with a remote education demanding condition is provided to a learner and a lecturer(104). A learner and a lecturer adapted to the remote education demanding condition negotiates therewith in detail through an auction or an instant messaging(105). If a negotiation is concluded between the learner and a lecturer, the conclusion is informed and a tuition fees is calculated(106). A remote education is performed(107).
