PURPOSE: A method for cultivating bean sprouts by using a jade steep liquor is provided to supply the bean sprouts, which grow up quickly without sprinkling the assistant material for growth in case of cultivating the bean sprouts by using the underground water or spring water. CONSTITUTION: In the method for cultivating bean sprouts using the jade steep liquor, a few stages are included. In the first stage, a jade steep liquor is gained by steeping the jade gravel with the bulk of 10% in the underground water or the spring water with the bulk of 90% at the temperature of 20-25 deg.C. In the second stage, the selected and cleaned beans are steeped in the jade steep liquor for 4-6 hours. In the third stage, the steeped beans are put in a bean sprout cultivating container, in which the jade gravel is spread, and are cultivated for 7 days by spraying water four or five times a day. |
