<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing product usable together with a variety of solutions for washing or treatment, made easily reusable by washing and drying after use and provide the washing product having excellent foaming properties in the case of using foaming surfactants. SOLUTION: The article comprises a first external layer, a second external layer, and a cell layer containing at least one cell containing an active material, and at least one external layer is a perforated film and the cell layer is disposed between these two external layers.
