PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of an authentification of the credit-card holder's name for accepting any payment in accord with a copied slip without the signature of the name of a credit-card holder, but, by means of using the copied slip which enables one to authentificate the name of the card-holder to avoid the illegal use of the credit-card by others than the authentic creditcard holder. SOLUTION: Comprising at least the two copied slips 3 and 4 put on one over the other to provide the letter-set portion 5 and the signature portion 6 to match the correspondingly prescribed items of each one of the slips 3 and 4, and the contents of the letter-set portion 5 and the signature portion 6 put on the upper slip 3 are to be copied for use. Non-indicated portion 10 is provided on the upper slip 3 that makes the authentic credit card-holder's name 11 being difficult to be seen for identification, and the upper slip 3 is put over the lower slip 4 on which the indicated portion of the credit card-holder's name 11 is provided, but, which is to be covered not to appear on the upper slip 3.
