PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning apparatus capable of easily replacing and repairing a water cleaner and constituted so as to be capable of mixing water treated by the water cleaner and raw water not treated by the water cleaner in a predetermined ratio to take out mixed water. SOLUTION: An inlet water channel 6 is connected to the intake port 2c of a cleaning and activating tank 2 and an outlet water channel 13 is connected to the taking-out port 2d of the cleaning and activating tank 2 and an upstream valve 11a is provided to the inlet water channel 6 and a downstream valve 11c is provided to the outlet water channel 13 and a flow rate adjusting valve 11b is provided to a bypass water channel 14 and the cleaning and activating tank 2 is made freely detachable.
