SHEAR CUTTING METHOD OF EXTRUDED STRUCTURAL ANGLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear cutting method of an extruded structural angle hard to produce a deformed part on a cutting surface. SOLUTION: A die 4 and a cutting tooth shape of a punch 5 are respectively made in the roughly similar shape to a shape of a cutting part of the extruded structural angle 1, a holding member A6 is arranged against the die 4, a holding member B7 is arranged against the punch 5, the holding member A6 and an end part to make contact with the extruded structural angle 1 of the holding member B7 are respectively made the roughly similar shape as a part of the extruded structural angle 1 with which the holding member A6 and the holding member B7 make contact, and extruded structural angle is cut by holding the shape of the extruded structural angle 1 on the die 4 and a blade shape part of the punch 5 and the holding member A6 and the end part of the holding member B7.
