PURPOSE: Provided are an organoboron compound, a method for producing the same, and an organic light emitting element using the same, which has an improved durability and a long life, and which can exhibit various luminous colors. CONSTITUTION: The organoboron compound is represented by formula 1. In the formula 1, Ar1 represents substituted or nonsubstituted aryl group or heterocyclic group, R1-R11 represent at least one of hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkenyl, amino, alkoxy, formyl, nitrile, aroyl, alkyloyl, aryl, aralkyl, or heterocyclic groups, and may be substituted or nonsubstituted with the proviso that 1 or at least 2 adjacent pair(s) of R1-R11 may form a fused ring.
