<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC education support system, with which a user can receive a PC education support service from a server at a desired place and at desired time in the manner of interview and a service with moving picture is made possible corresponding to a user level as well. SOLUTION: A server 8 is accessed from a user terminal 3 through a network 4 and a PC education is carried out by mutual moving picture and voice communication in the manner of interview while using moving picture input equipment 1 for user and voice input/output equipment 2 for the user terminal 3 and while using animation input equipment 5 and voice input/output equipment 6 for the server 8. When the moving picture distribution service is selected by the user, the server selects an the moving picture out of a file server 7 and transmits the moving picture through the network to the user terminal 3.</p> |
