COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FRONT AND REAR VEHICLE USING INFRARED RAY TRANSCEIVER APPARATUS

PURPOSE: Communication between a front and a rear vehicle using an infrared ray transceiver apparatus is provided to enable a vehicle itself to cope with an emergent situation which can be caused from the proceeding vehicle by making the rear vehicle receive status information of the proceeding vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The communication system comprises a speed sensing unit, a handle state sensing unit, a pedal state sensing unit, a central processing unit, an infrared ray transmission unit in the proceeding vehicle. And the rear vehicle has a speed sensing unit, a handle control unit, a pedal control unit, a central processing unit and an infrared ray receiving unit. The central processing unit of the proceeding vehicle checks a speed of the vehicle, the state of a handle and the state of a brake and accelerating pedal and sends these data to the infrared ray transmission unit. The transmission unit of the proceeding vehicle comprises more than three transmission units.
