The invention concerns a device for making secure an access (4) to an enclosure (6) comprising detection means (19) to deliver alarm signals when there is an attempt of intrusion through said access (4), security means (8) placed proximate to the access (4) and capable of being activated whereby they entirely obstruct the access and of being deactivated whereby they no longer obstruct said access, release means (11) arranged to shift, upon instruction, the security means (8) from deactivated to activated state very briefly, and a control module (20) designed to convert an alarm signal delivered by the detection means (19) into a shifting command to the releasing means (11). The invention can also comprise means for locking the security means in their activated state.
