摘要 PURPOSE: Structure for reducing the noise of a rotary compressor is provided to reduce the discharge noise of refrigerant gas by passing the refrigerant gas through a resonant hole several times. CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing device comprises an upper muffler(59) forming an upper resonant portion(H) isolated from the inner portion of a case(50) and having a resonant pipe(61) for discharging refrigerant gas into the case; a lower muffler(65) installed below a sub-bearing(57) to form a lower resonant portion(L) isolated from the inner portion of the case; a discharge path(63) for flow-down of the refrigerant gas to the lower resonant portion from the upper resonant portion; and a discharge path(67) in connection with the resonant pipe for flow-up of the refrigerant gas. The refrigerant gas discharged through a discharge hole of a main bearing(55) flows to the upper portion of a cylinder after passing through the lower portion of the cylinder while sequentially passing through the upper resonant portion, the flow-down discharge path, the lower resonant portion, the flow-up discharge path and the resonant pipe. Finally, the refrigerant gas is discharged into the case. While passing through the resonant hole several times, the refrigerant gas is reduced in the degree of discharge noise.
