PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and closing a vinyl house is provided in which the construction is simplified by installing a clutch spring between a driving axis and a driven axis so that power is transferred to only one side using a clutch spring, thereby having forward and reverse rotary power of the driving axis transferred to the driven axis and the driven axis not forwardly or reversely rotated for itself. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing(10) in which a ring support(12) and a driven axis support(11) which forms a concentric circle inside the ring support and supports a driven axis(50) are respectively formed; a cylindrical clutch ring(61) which is fixed by being inserted into the ring support(12); a clutch spring(60) which is installed inside the clutch ring(61); a cover(20) covering the upper part of the housing that is opened; a driving axis(40) having a driving axis gear(41) between the cover and the housing, wherein the driving axis is installed on the same axis as the driven axis; a driving part(42) installed at the driving axis, wherein the clutch spring is wound around the driving part while the driving axis is forwardly and reversely rotated so that the driving axis is parted from the clutch ring; and a driven part(51) installed at the driven axis, wherein the driven part rotates the driven axis in the state that the driven part is contacted with the driving part, and the driven part is closely adhered to the clutch ring as the clutch spring is being released when the driven part is forwardly and reversely rotated for itself so that the driven axis is stopped. |
