PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method for an immunoassay reagent which can omit a redispersing treatment by an ultrasonic treatment or the like, whose dispersibility is superior and whose reactivity is high. SOLUTION: The immunoassay reagent is prepared in such a way that an antibody (or an antigen) corresponding to an antigen (or an antibody) as a substance to be measured is sensitized to an insoluble carrier. When the antibody (or the antigen) is sensitized to the insoluble carrier, a heating treatment is executed under the existence of polyethylene glycol.
