<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing motor-driven actuator provided with a planetary roller screw which is readily machined and miniaturized. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 24 constituting the planetary roller screw 17 of this actuator is provided with a nut side screw part 29 and an internal tooth gear 30 of specified pitch and a specified lead angle, and an output shaft 31 is provided with a screw shaft side screw part 41 and a screw shaft side gear part 42 having the same pitch and lead angle. A roller 32 is formed with a roller side screw part 36, and a first roller side gear part 37 and a second roller side gear part 38 of the same pitch and lead angle. The distance from the center axis of the roller 32 to an abutting point between the thread ridge of the roller side screw part 36 and the screw thread of the nut side screw part 29, and the distance from the center axis to an abutting point between the screw thread of the roller side screw part 36, so that the screw thread of the screw shaft side screw part 41 are set to be different from each other and the output shaft 31 is moved in the axial direction.</p> |
