<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault diagnosis device for diagnosing fault regardless of such specifications as a machine speed, consumption power, load, and structure scale. SOLUTION: This fault diagnosis device is provided with vibration detection means 1-5 for detecting a vibration waveform that is generated by machine facilities, cumulative frequency calculation means 7 and 9 for obtaining the cumulative frequency distribution curve of the absolute value of the vibration waveform that is detected by the vibration detection means 1-5, maximum value detection means 6, 7, and 9 for obtaining a maximum value Xp of the vibration waveform that is detected by the vibration detection means 1-5, peak ratio calculation means 6, 7, and 9 for obtaining a peak ratioβ1 between an equivalent effective valueσeq in the cumulative frequency distribution curve being calculated by the cumulative frequency calculation means 6, 7, and 9, and a maximum value Xp that is calculated by the maximum value detection means 6, 7, and 9, and fault diagnosis means 6, 7, and 9 for diagnosing the degree of the fault of machine facilities according to the value of the peak ratioβ1 being calculated by the peak ratio calculation means 6, 7, and 9.</p> |
