PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chelate titanate compound-containing curable composition improved in colorability. SOLUTION: This composition contains (1) 100 pts.wt. polymer having hydrolyzable groups, (2) 0.1-25 pts.wt. cross-linker having a hydrolyzable group, (3)an agent comprising 0.1-10 pts.wt. tetraorganotiatanate and 0.1-10 pts.wt. chelating agent or comprising 0.1-10 pts.wt. chelate titanium catalyst, and (4)0.001-1 pt.wt. amine compound selected from the group consisting of (a) cyclic saturated aliphatic organic compound having a nitrogen atom of a tertiary amine structure in the ring, (b) a monocyclic or polycyclic organic compound having a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic structure having a linkage represented by C-N=C-N in the ring, (c) an organic compound represented by (c')R6-CH2-N (R7)-CH2-R8 or (c'')R6-CR4R5-N(R7)-CR4R5-R8, and (d) an organic compound represented by R9R10N-(CH2)m-(NR13-(CH2)n)p-NR11R12.
