PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the remarkable safety when performing the launching event of a rocket having a similar size with a genuine in a narrow space. SOLUTION: A rocket type advertising balloon 1 is set on a hook 5 of a launcher 6, and the hook 5 is removed by the remote control using a control box 7 so as to raise the rocket, and the height of the rocket is set at a desirable length of a set rope 2.
