PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass protective image and a method for manufacturing the same capable of holding a clear image for a long period of time even by installing it outdoors where ultraviolet rays are strong and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A paint film 7 is formed on a rear surface of a photographic image layer obtained by printing a toner 4 of a transfer sheet 3 in which a photographic image 2a is copied on a rear surface of a transparent glass plate 5.
