COMBINED VESSEL, KIT, AND METHOD FOR CELL FUNCTION MEASUREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined vessel for cell function measurement with which high-accuracy cell function measurement can be carried out easily without the risk of infection. SOLUTION: This combined vessel 1 for cell function measurement is composed of a first vessel 1 for cell function measurement which is used for obtaining control values and has a main body 2 and a plug body 3 tightly plugging up the opening 2a of the main body 2 and a second vessel 4 for cell function measurement having a main body 5 and a plug body 6 tightly plugging up the opening 5a of the main body 5. The pressure P2 in the first vessel 1 is adjusted to satisfy the equation of P2=P1(V1-V2)/V1 (wherein, V1, V2 and P1 respectively represent the volume of the main body 2, the quantity of collected blood, and the atmospheric pressure) and the quantity of endotoxin contained in the vessel 1 is adjusted to <=0.5 V2 EU and the pressure P2 in the second vessel 4 is adjusted to satisfy the equation of P2=P1(V1-V2)/V1 and the quantity of endotoxin contained in the vessel 4 is adjusted to 0.3-500 V2EU.
