PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bag-shaped containers 20 and 30 of a low cost for improving the high cost of a conventional bag heretofore available because of the laborious manufacture in which a rigid pouring mouth is installed on a flexible bag body and the pouring mouth is bonded on the bag body by using a bonding agent. SOLUTION: Two films 21 and 22 are overlapped together and welded belts 20a-20d and 30a are formed on the peripheral edges of the films by heat sealing to form non-welded wide sections 20g and 30b filling a fluid therein by the welded belts and non-welded strangled sections 20h and 30c communicating with non-welded wide sections 20g and 30b, and a channel-shaped non-welded section 20i on which threads 13d and 31a provided on the outer peripheries of cylindrical bodies 13 and 31 are formed on the non-welded strangled sections 20h and 30c, and the cylindrical bodies 13 and 31 are mounted removably on the bag-shaped containers 20 and 30.
