PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a three-dimensional moire, to which diversification is given through the working, color adjustment, window separation, transparent color employment of characters or the like and which is produced at a low cost by a screen printing. SOLUTION: By printing a first and a second linear patterns, which are the same linear patterns such as a concentric circle pattern, a parallel line pattern, a radial line pattern or the like and the pitches of respective patterns are delicately different from each other, on the front and rear sides of a transparent flat plate made of polycarbonate, polyacrylate or the like, a certain pattern having a visual cubic effect is developed by the first and the second linear pattern lines.
