PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a segment capable of satisfactorily fixing a connecting fitment to a form. SOLUTION: A stopper 33 for forming a connecting groove is disposed on a connecting surface forming part 31 of the form 30 for forming a connecting surface. The connecting fitment 3 is disposed so as to restrict its rotation with respect to the form 30 by contacting with the stopper 33. A bolt is engaged from the form 30 side with a threaded hole of the fitment 3 of a state in which its rotation is specified by the stopper 33. Thus the fitment 3 is fixed to the form 30, and a concrete is placed in the form 30.
