PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device (10) and a method for performing heat treatment before welding, welding and heat treatment after the welding of a superalloy product in a single casing (12) while avoiding the oxidation of the superalloy product. SOLUTION: It is preferable that a one-way valve (32) for relieving gas is equipped on the casing (12) and excepting the valve, the casing (12) is sealed. Consequently, when welding and performing the heat treatment, the inflow of air attributable to a temperature gradient induced when performing the induction heating of the product, is prevented. To enable approach to the product and a welding machine (20) to be used for welding the product, a pair of gloves (30) is equipped on the casing (12). Consequently, even during a period that the casing (12) is filled with a nonreactive atmosphere and the product is subjected to the induction heating, the welding machine (20) and the product can be operated.
