The method is characterized in that the payment (Z) by the customer (K) is made on the basis of a physical chip card (W) which is configured to be unique and issued by an issuer (H). The customer (K) purchases chip cards (W) containing unique data from an institute (I) or a marketing organization (V) in exchange for payment. He or she can then initiate orders with different companies (U) or settle sums owed to his or her creditors online by electronically debiting the chip card (W) at the institute (I). The institute (I) sends confirmation of the payment for the debited amount to the supplier of the goods and services or creditor (U), or makes the payment (Z) immediately online. The payment means consist of a chip card (W) which is configured to be unique. Said chip card (W) has a unique card number (ID) consisting of a number or a code, to which the card revenue can be allocated and one or several unique codes or passwords (P>1,....,n<), whereby each individual password (P>k<) can be allocated to an individual payment of an arbitrary amount up to the current value of the card. |
