The invention relates to manufacturing standardized, prefabricated spatial, cellular and modular structural elements for constructions and also to the process of erecting new buildings and consolidating extant blocks of flats. According to the invention, the spatial structures comprise a limited number of mountable and dismountable semi-hexagonal and connective elements provided with a simple base or another double base, assembled by tie-bars, thereby providing a hexagonal base cell provided on all front sides with equally spaced apart holes for both a horizontal and vertical assembling thereof and with holes for lining with light caloric, sound insulating external, intermediary and internal panels bevelled at 45 degree , for laying the electrical and sanitary-engineering installations, said elements mounted successively constitute the walls of a new building or/and by laying some foundations around an extant repairable building, some abutments and a true safety corbel are made up to the higher limit on which there is mounted a ceiling, a storey and attic as well as a modern roofing, concomitantly with carrying out a lift case and other spaces of public utility, conferring on the building an ideal consolidation, with multiple utilities as well as a new and modern arhitectural configuration.
