PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic molding machine capable of molding a deeper undercut part and also having a mold releasing operation. SOLUTION: The plastic molding machine for molding by a vacuum molding method comprises in combination a main mold for molding a plastic sheet of a soft state in a desired shape by vacuum sucking, and an auxiliary mold having a protrusion capable of molding an undercut part. The machine also comprises a means for fixing the main mold and raising the protrusion of the auxiliary mold obliquely outside upward at an oblique angle releasable from the undercut part.
