The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioning apparatus having a corrugated filter paper of which the top and the bottom have a primary and a secondary support shaft fixed thereto respectively, so the filter paper is folded when the second support shaft is pushed in one direction against the first support shaft, thereby preventing foreign matters filtered out by the filter paper from being separated when a filter unit is replaced. According to the present invention, for the above effect, the vehicle air conditioning apparatus has a blower unit comprising the following parts: a scroll casing with an inlet on one side and an outlet on the other side thereof; an indoor and outdoor air switch unit; and a filter unit filtering foreign matters out of the air flowing into the inlet of the scroll casing, wherein the filter unit (100) includes the following: a corrugated filter paper (110); a first support shaft (120) fixed to the bottom of the filter paper (110) by at least one or two adhesive points (P); a second support shaft (130) fixed to the top of the filter paper (110) by at least one or two adhesive points (P); and a filter cover (140) fixed to the end of the first support shaft (120), and preventing the penetration of the foreign matters into the insertion hole (18) of the scroll casing when inserted into the insertion hole (18) while the filter paper (110) and the secondary support shaft (130) are pushed in particular directions.
