HOLDING STRUCTURE OF IMPACT BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the exchange of a striking blade and to make the holding of an impact blade secure. SOLUTION: Holders 2 of the holding structure of the impact blade of an impact type crushing machine which holes the impact blade 1 by means of the holders 2 disposed in a holding channel 5 on the outer periphery of a disk plate 3 is provided with recessed parts 2a which fit to projecting parts 5a of the holding channel 5 of the disk plate 3 and tapered surfaces 2t which are made smaller in the spacing between the holders 2 facing each other gradually toward the outer side of a diametral direction on the central side of the holding channel 5. The impact blade 1 is provided with tapered surfaces 1t so as to respectively abut on the tapered surfaces 2t of the holders 2 facing each other. The lower part of the impact blade 1 is provided with a notch 11 and the side parts of the holders 2 are provided with pin holes 2c corresponding to the notch 11 of the impact blade 1. Pins 6 for limiting the axial movement of the impact blade 1 and the drop of the impact blade when the rotation of a rotor stops are inserted into the pin holes 2c of the holders 2 facing each other.
