PURPOSE: A ladle oxygen washing device is provided to prevent an accident by mechanizing oxygen-washing operation and to reduce a refractory cost by improving opening ratio of a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A gas panel(10) is contained in a ladle oxygen-washing device(1) to decompress oxygen supplied through an oxygen line(5) as specific pressure. The ladle oxygen-washing device is used in opening a ladle(200) while injecting molten steel. The gas panel(10) is installed on a side face of a floor of the ladle. The gas panel firstly decompresses the oxygen supplied in an oxygen fabric to receive oxygen through the oxygen line. Moreover, the gas panel decompresses the oxygen through a manual valve(7) and a secondary decompression valve(9) as specific pressure. A flux-controlling valve(12) is connected to a rear end of the decompression valve. A conduit(14a) is installed on the flux-controlling valve to supply the oxygen for forming initial flame. A solenoid valve(16) is installed to open or close the oxygen flowing in a middle conduit(14b).
