PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device superior in theft preventability and conveniently used by sandwiching an object to be locked between a lock bolt and cylinder. SOLUTION: The lock cylinder 10 and lock bolt 40 are assembled by insertion and engagement. A lock ring 20 is fixed to a lock plug 12 and can be integrally rotated, and an insertion hole 22 corresponding to the fixing hole 33 of a holding tube 30 is opened in the rotating part 21 of the rotating ring 20. Three vertical grooves 24 and notched grooves 34 are each recessed in the insertion hole 22 and fixing hole 33. Three fastening teeth 44 and stopping teeth 45 are each provided for the front part and rear end part of a lock head 43 and each inserted into the insertion hole 22 and fixing hole 33. Then the lock ring 20 is rotated to displace the insertion hole 22 and fastening teeth 44 at different angles to lock the cylinder 10. An object to be locked is jointly sandwiched between the lock bolt 40 and lock cylinder 10.
