PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measuring device, for the resistance of a floor face, of which operability is good, of which safety is superior and which saves electric power. SOLUTION: On a test probe 10 which is used for the measuring device for the resistance of the floor face, in addition to a weight-shaped electrode 12, an external terminal 16 to which a partner test probe or a grounding terminal is connected via a prescribed interconnection is mounted, a battery 14 as a power supply is mounted, a voltage generation circuit which generates a prescribed measuring voltage is mounted, a current sensing circuit is mounted, a CPU as a control means which calculates a resistance value on the basis of a measured voltage and on the basis of a sensed current from the current sensing circuit is mounted, a display means is mounted, a power-supply switch is mounted, and a photointerruptor 17 for floor-face detection is mounted. A measuring system is controlled by the photointerruptor 17.
