PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transferrable a toner image even to the leading tip part of transfer paper. SOLUTION: In the device, a case part 53 is formed into a box shape from a wall surface 531 on a transfer part 14 side (upstream of the rotating direction of photoreceptor 10), a wall surface 532 on a separating part 15 side (downstream of the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 10) and a bottom surface, etc. The wall surfaces 531 and 532 are bent in the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 10 to form inclined surfaces 531a and 532a on its top part. Furthermore, the case part 53 is formed so that the height of the wall surface 532 is higher than height of the wall surface 531.
