PURPOSE: A measurement probe device is provided to prevent a tip of a measurement probe from being damaged in advance when mounting the measurement probe device to a body base. CONSTITUTION: The measurement probe device(10) is mounted to a body base(1) having a probe guide(2). The measurement probe device(10) comprises a frame(11), and a rocking arm(12) that is provided at the frame(11) so that the rocking arm(12) is rocked freely for retaining a measurement probe(20). The frame(11) is provided with a protection guide at an area to the probe guide(2) at the tip side of the measurement probe(20). When the measurement probe device(10) is to be mounted to the body base(1), the measurement probe(20) of the measurement probe device(10) is protected from the protection guide.
