PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a bent fuse unit of molded resin. SOLUTION: A conductive fuse element 1 containing fusible portions 2, 17 has a hinge portion 3 at the middle. Resin bodies 4, 5 are separately provided on the fuse element with the hinge portion therebetween. The resin bodies are bent at the hinge portion. A connector housing 21 is provided in the resin body, and a terminal 7 is provided on one plate portion of the fuse element 1, and power connections 19, 32 and terminal connections 31, 34 are provided on the other plate portion via the hinge portion 3. One plate portion is separated from the other plate portion via a slit portion. A terminal to be connected to an alternator, as the first terminal, is connected to one separate portion, and a terminal to be connected to a starter motor as the second terminal, is connected to the other separate portion. The hinge portion 3 is formed at the middle of the fuse element 1. In a state of unfolding the fuse element 1, an insulating resin material is molded integrally on the fuse element 1 excluding the hinge portion 3. |
