PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled mount having a manufacturing cost reduced by cutting down the number of components and manufacturing process, and provide a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: An inner bracket 12 to be connected to the engine side is coupled to a cylindrical body 13 through a rubber member 14. An orifice member 19 is fixed to the inner periphery of the cylindrical body 13, and an elastic film 22 of the same material as that for the rubber member 14 is so fixed to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 13 that a part facing a recessed part 15 serves as a movable film 21 forming an auxiliary liquid chamber 20. An orifice passage 17 fronting the through-hole 16 of the cylindrical body 13 is formed in the orifice member 19, and liquid in a main liquid chamber 18 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 20 circulates through the passage 17 and the through-hole 16. In addition, the cylindrical body 13 side is linked to the body side. Since the elastic film 22 containing the part serving as the movable film 21 can be produced when the rubber member 14 is molded, it is not required to prepare the movable film 21 as one separate component. |
