OIL PAN, WINDING DEVICE, AND SLUICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan having a simple structure and capable of arresting oils and separatively discharging only water when turbid water of oils and water flows in from machines installed outdoors and to provide a winding device having the oil pan and a sluice. SOLUTION: An oil/water separable filter is installed at the opening section on the bottom face of the oil pan to arrest oils and release only water. A water overflowing tank is provided on the side of the oil pan to prevent the release of accumulated oils. The oil pan is installed below a winding machine, and the winding machine is installed on the gatepost of the sluice.
