PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, capable of suppressing the occurrence of voids. SOLUTION: In the image-forming device, an electrostatic latent image is formed on a photosensitive layer 1a formed in the surface of a photosensitive drum 1, and this latent image is developed in a developing part 4 to form a toner image. A potential difference Vd produced between two adjacent regions in the electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive layer 1a, a film thickness dopc of the electrostatic latent image carrier and the relative dielectric constant εr of the carrier are set, in such a way that the expression Vd<=2,000.εr/dopc is satisfied. The occurrence of voids can thus be suppressed. |
