PURPOSE: Provided is a fence-forming apparatus able to be assembled, fixed and removed to securely maintain foundation of a fence, to conveniently process and to obtain an extended service time by adopting a corrosion-protection structure for the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of main columns(1) fitted by equal intervals and having copper devices(2) coupled by couplers(7) at upper and lower end of the line to face each other. Each of the columns(1) has a tension controller(4) to secure a cross line(3) and to preserve tension. The copper line(2) is applied by a fence having a regular form of net texture coupled by another coupler(6). The column is constructed by a pipe body(12) having bores(12a) at one side and perforated holes(12b) at upper and lower parts of the pipe body and a foundation part(11) hidden. The copper devices(2) comprise an opening(21) at upper part and a securing end(22) bent inward at one end and multiple holes(23) at upper part of the other end.
