System for managing fruits without causing contusion, in brushing/straining machines, consisting of a rolls transfer mechanism (7) and a roll revolving mechanism (8).The roll revolving mechanism (8), revolves the rolls (1) round their axis via the small chain wheel they carry on their axis, preforming thus the brushing/straining process. The chain moving unit consists also of the moving chain wheel (13) and of the chain (10).The roll carrying mechanism (7) drives the fruits along the machine without letting them rebound from one roll to anoither one and avoiding thus the knocks between them. The mechanism (7) consists of two pairs of big chain wheels (11) and two chains for each side of the machine.The combination of the revolving mechanism (8) with an independent carrying mechanism (7), gets through the passing of the fruits along the machine at once with the brushing/straining process, without causing contusion on the fruits. |
