PURPOSE: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element having high dimensional accuracy and low in the production cost and including ferrite capable of corresponding to miniaturization, and a communication equipment device. CONSTITUTION: Each microwave ferrite 20 to be a center electrode assembly is cut off from a ferrite sintered base material 60 constituted of a prism block whose cross section is rectangular and has a rectangular shape when it is observed on a plane.
