PURPOSE: A commerce transaction method using a mileage is provided to maximize the efficiency of a mileage point system by performing all commerce transaction in a network. CONSTITUTION: In case that an agent settlement is requested by a buyer, a settlement agent computer for embodying a settlement agent interface is connected for transmitting agent settlement intrinsic information and requesting the approval of the settlement agent(ST706-ST709). If the settlement by the buyer is confirmed or an agent settlement approval by the settlement agent is confirmed, an intermediator computer reads a buyer DB and searches a seller of goods requested by the buyer(ST707,ST710,ST711), and is connected to a seller computer having a seller interface for requesting the sale of a corresponding goods. If a mileage point is provided from the seller computer by a previous commerce transaction, a mileage DB is read and it is discriminated whether it can buy the corresponding goods using the provided mileage point(ST712). If it can buy the corresponding goods using the provided mileage point, the sale of the goods is requested to the seller computer using the mileage point(ST713). If it cannot buy the corresponding goods using the provided mileage point, the sale of the goods is requested to the seller computer using the telephone conversation(ST716). If the approval of the goods selling request using the mileage point is confirmed, the intermediator computer writes the mileage DB and subtracts the mileage point based on a mileage bargain(ST714,ST715). If the approval of the goods selling request using the telephone conversation is confirmed, the intermediator computer writes the mileage DB and adds the mileage point based on the mileage bargain(ST717,ST718).
