METHOD FOR WASHING WASTE PLASTICS

PURPOSE: A method for washing waste plastics is provided, thereby effectively washing plastic with high density contaminants and reusing the washed plastic for other products. CONSTITUTION: The method for washing waste plastics comprises the steps of: washing 2 to 3 cm waste plastics with a solvent in a dumbler then removing the solvent; drying waste plastics by blowing the heated nitrogen gas into the dumbler; and secreting the gas from the dumbler under reduced pressure to wash contaminants in inner space of waste plastics. Wherein, the solvent comprises paraffin carbohydrates and aromatic carbohydrates having dry point of 100 to 150 deg. C and the vacuum pressure is 10 to 100 torr.
