PURPOSE: A proton exchange membrane fuel cell and a monopolar cell pack for direct methanol fuel cell are provided to manufacture easily a fuel cell by simplifying a structure of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: An anode end plate is combined with a cathode end plate(12) according to a predetermined interval. An anode collecting plate(13a) and a cathode collecting plate(14b) are extended to both sides of a longitudinal direction of a cell pack. A fuel inflow hole(111) and a fuel outflow hole(112) are installed on a center of an upper face of the anode end plate. The anode collecting plate(13a) and the cathode collecting plate(14b) are formed at each cell within the cell pack. The anode collecting plate(13a) and the cathode collecting plate(14b) are extended to supply the power to an outside of the cell pack. Fuel diffusion members(21a,21b) are located on upper portions of catalyzed membranes(20a,20b). Air contact members(22a,22b) are formed at lower portions of the catalyzed membranes(20a,20b). Channels(221a,221b) are formed at the air contact members(22a,22b). |
