PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster capable of controlling sinking of a wheel on a ground with bad footing condition and capable of rotating smoothly the wheel on a flat ground. SOLUTION: A first grounding part 32 is protruded in the center of a cross direction of a tire base part 31 of a tire 30 in the wheel 25 of the caster 21. A guide projection 34 is protruded on both end edges in the cross direction of the tire base part 31 such that its tip is positioned in an inner peripheral side of the tire 25 inward of a tip of the first grounding part 32. A second grounding part 33 is mounted on both sides of the first grounding part 32 by an outer peripheral face of the tire base part 31 and the guide projection 34. The second grounding part, 33 is positioned in an inner peripheral side of the wheel 25 inward of the first grounding part 32 to have only the first grounding part 32 contacted with the flat ground and to have the first grounding part 32 and the second grounding part 33 contacted with the ground 10b with a bad footing condition.
