PURPOSE: A web call system and the method are provided to perform a multi media communication between a user and a counselor. CONSTITUTION: A web call center(100) includes a processing server(150) connecting a counsel requesting device(300) being contacted through the internet(200) to a counsel processing device(400) based on a site operating database(110), a member managing database(120), a counselor managing database(130), a notice board database(140) and information being stored in the databases(110¯140). The processing server(150) performs a communication between a user and a counselor. The site operating database(110) stores a plurality of data(homepage, member registering document, and a notice board preparing document) necessary for operating and managing a web site. The member managing database(120) stores information of a plurality of users being registered as members capable of counselling to a counselor through the web call center(100). The counselor managing database(130) stores information of a plurality of counselling processing devices providing counselling services through the web call center(100).
