PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chalking preventive for a vinyl chloride resin which is excellent in chalking prevention capability. SOLUTION: A chalking preventive formed from a dicarboxylic acid and a copper salt of an organic carboxylic acid is added to a vinyl chloride resin. The effects of the preventive is markedly exhibited especially when a colorant is used.
