PURPOSE: A urine assistant instrument for women is provided to solve the problem of urinating simply outdoors or in the mountain by urinating in the position of standing and to prevent exposing of genitalia to the outside in the cool air of winter by urinating after opening a front zipper or a button of the pants without taking off the whole pants. CONSTITUTION: The urine assistant instrument for women includes an inflow entrance(1), a cover body(2), an outflow part(3) and a discharging pipe(4). The inflow entrance(1) is formed as a circular type for being fast sticked to the urethra. The cover body(2) is formed as an arc type outside the inflow entrance(1). An end part of the discharging pipe(4), the left and right length of which is long, is connected to the outflow part(3). An inflow hole(11) is formed at the inflow entrance(1) and a contact projection(11a) is formed on the outer circumference of the inflow hole(11). As the outer wall(13) goes toward the inflow hole(11), the external diameter of an outer wall(13) gets narrower and narrower. An outer form body(21) is formed along the outer wall of the inflow entrance(1) and a round contact projection(22) is formed on the outer circumference.
