PURPOSE: A business model for creating a profit by creating a cyber environment town is provided to obtain a knowledge about an environment related technique, a database design technique, and an internet implementing technique and to classify companies to be resided in an environment town and to offer a solution for an electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: The cyber environment town is divided into an environment company block, a supporting company block, an information block and an associated company block. A plurality of villages is formed in each block, and a related company is resided in each village. The blocks may perform an electronic commercial transaction between a common using institution and a resided company as a member sharing, an information sharing, a facsimile, and an E-mail. Also, the blocks may perform a B2C electronic commercial transaction between the resided company and a client and perform a B2B electronic commercial transaction between the non-resided associated company and a client.
