PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender using a tire with energy absorptiveness adequate to use conditions and a connection supporting device for the fender, capable of hanging the tire fender from a quaywall, etc., and connecting tire bodies in two or three dimensions. SOLUTION: An energy absorbing material 7 is filled up and hardened in an annular air chamber 2a of each of the tire bodies 2. The material 7 is a mixture of a chip material composed of rubber-like elastic bodies derived from used crushed or fragmentized tires and a flexible binder (adhesive) made from polyurethane resin or the like. It is desirable that the percentage of void in the mixture of the chip material and the flexible binder should be set in order to range from 10% to 60%. A through hole 8 penetrating to the air chamber 2a is formed as a connecting fitting 4 in a tread section 2x of the tire body 2, and a U-shaped hook part 5 of the fitting 4 having an approximately T-shaped cross section is protruded through the through hole 8 from the side of the air chamber 2a for the purpose of hanging or connecting the tire fenders 1.
